- Historical and lineage claims are checked against available organisational records, recognised publications, archived material and direct knowledge from senior practitioners.
- Names, titles, ranks, dojo details and grading information are reviewed with the relevant instructor or organisation where practical.
- We distinguish documented facts from personal recollections or interpretations.
- We avoid unsupported claims about effectiveness, health outcomes or superiority over other martial arts.
Editorial review
Material is reviewed for accuracy, clarity, respectful terminology and relevance to the Australian Uechi-Ryu community. Significant corrections should be made promptly when reliable evidence is supplied. Review dates are shown only when a genuine content review has occurred.
